Enjoy the exclusive Members Preview Night Thursday, May 12, 2011, 5:30 – 7:30 P.M. Members simply bring the invitation they received in the mail, and non-members may join at the door for $10. All are welcome to enjoy this happy hour of libations and nibbles, while helping to contribute to a community of readers.

Selections at the sale include popular fiction, nonfiction, how-to-books, reference, gardening, children’s books, and more. The Friends now accept credit cards as payment, in addition to cash and checks. All items are very reasonably priced.
Proceeds from the sale go directly to the library, subsidizing new books, building upgrades, and programs that promote literacy. For more information about the sale, call (410) 778-3636.
Volunteers are needed to help sort books into categories before the book sale. They also are needed for the days of the book sale. To volunteer, contact Christina Showalter at (410) 810-1487.
